The incidence of intracranial tumor is second to leukemia in children tumors. It accounts for about 40-50% children's tumors. Intracranial tumor is a dangerous killer for the health of children. Its incidence is much higher than in adults. Children in 5-10 years share the highest incidence of intracranial tumor, and some intracranial tumor can be found just at birth. The incidence is higher in male patients. In terms of tumor’s location, children intracranial tumors often grow in midline and posterior fossa(infratentorial), and closely related to the vital center, which can be extremely dangerous.
